Terms of Service

1. Subject

ReelPlan is a scheduling service for Instagram content provided through the dashboard at dashboard.reelplan.app. By using the service you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Pre-release access

ReelPlan is currently in a pre-release phase. Access is reserved for users with an invite code. The service is provided "as is", may be modified or suspended at any time, and some features may not be stable.

3. User accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for the confidentiality of your password.
• One account per person or organisation.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to enter into contracts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts used for illegal activity, abuse or violations of these Terms.

4. Meta/Instagram connection

To publish posts you must connect an Instagram Business or Creator account via Meta OAuth. You are responsible for complying with Instagram's Terms and Meta Platform Terms. ReelPlan does not control decisions made by Meta regarding your account.

5. Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and schedule. You represent that you hold all necessary rights (including copyright, image rights and consent from depicted individuals) and that you do not infringe any law or third-party right.

You may not use ReelPlan to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, non-consensual sexually explicit, copyright-infringing, or spam. We may remove content and close accounts that violate these rules.

6. Plans and pricing

During the pre-release phase the service is offered free of charge to invite-code holders. The published plans and prices will be activated at public release; we will notify you by email in advance of any change before it applies to your account.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelPlan is not liable for: failed or delayed publication of posts due to Meta API outages or changes, suspension of Instagram accounts by Meta, or data loss arising from causes beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury).

8. Account closure

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@reelplan.app. Closure triggers data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from use of the service, the exclusive jurisdiction is the consumer's forum if the user is a consumer under the Italian Consumer Code, otherwise the Court of Milan.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
